1. Acceptance

By accessing EmotionCrowd or downloading a pack, you agree to these terms in full.

2. License scope

Each pack is licensed per the tier purchased. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of raw tensors is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

Packs may not be deployed in systems designed to deceive, manipulate, or psychologically coerce individuals without informed consent.

4. Attribution

Commercial products using EmotionCrowd packs must include a credit line in their about/legal screen.

5. Warranty

Packs are provided as-is. We do not warrant affective accuracy for any specific deployment context.

6. Termination

We may terminate a license for misuse, with a 30-day cure window for unintentional breach.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
